Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Policy

We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases from PulpKo. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

  1. Eligibility: We accept returns of unopened and undamaged products within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received them.

  2. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@pulpko.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. Return Processing: Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your return. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return after we receive your package.

Refunds

We offer the following refund policy for returned items:

  1. Refund Issuance: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will issue the refund through an alternative method agreed upon with you.

  2. Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

  3. Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable). These situations include:

    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Digital downloads.

  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service team at hello@pulpko.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@pulpko.com with your order number and details about the product. We will evaluate the issue and provide instructions on how to return the item.
